These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wingmate Ai, operated by Robot Mouse, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wingmate Ai, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Wingmate Ai is an AI-powered communication coaching tool that helps users craft messages for dating app conversations. The app uses artificial intelligence to generate reply suggestions based on content you provide.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Wingmate Ai offers a 7-day free trial followed by an annual subscription at $24.99/year
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed by Apple
Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by law

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Wingmate Ai to:

Harass, threaten, or harm other people
Generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
Impersonate other individuals
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app

5. AI-Generated Content

Wingmate Ai uses artificial intelligence to generate reply suggestions. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your situation
You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated suggestions
We do not guarantee any specific results from using the app
AI suggestions should be reviewed before sending

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of Wingmate Ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Content you submit (screenshots, messages) is processed by AI and immediately discarded — we do not store your conversation content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Wingmate Ai app, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Robot Mouse, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wingmate Ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate for your needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robot Mouse, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Wingmate Ai, including any damages resulting from AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Wingmate Ai at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
